Ventura Post Acute is a 71 bed skilled nursing facility located in mid-town Ventura on Loma Vista Road.
Making the decision for yourself or making the decision to transition a family member to a skilled nursing facility, whether for short term rehabilitation or long-term care can be a difficult.
We strive to provide the highest quality nursing and rehabilitation services to our residents in a calming and friendly atmosphere. Our professional, nurturing staff of therapists, nurses and certified nursing assistants provide a full range of individualized care designed to meet your needs.
We offer clean, comfortable rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi, cable and televisions in each room.
Our dynamic activity team enriches the lives of our residents with programs that support and maximize the quality of life for our residents. Programs such as Zumba, cooking classes, gardening sessions and recreational outings fill the days with positive experiences.
We provide a specialized dietary program prepared by our cooking staff. Each resident’s diet is overseen by our Registered Dietician.
