Ventura Post Acute is a 71-bed skilled nursing facility located in mid-town Ventura on Loma Vista Road.

We have a lovely property set on 5 acres of land with an beautiful inner courtyard and peaceful garden area for relaxation and visiting with your loved ones.

Our team strives to provide the highest quality nursing and rehabilitation services to our residents in a calming and friendly atmosphere.

We provide short-term rehabilitative care and work with each patient to determine how to best get them to the activity level they require to live the life they want. We emphasize quality care and compassionate service for our patients while keeping loved ones informed every step of the way.
